You must contact us before returning anything to receive a return authorization number. You can contact us through the same secure server you used to place your order. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorization number. Your return authorization number must be clearly shown on the outside of your return shipment. Without this number your return shipment will be refused.

Custom DiveParka.com_™ parkas are manufactured per your instructions. We do not accept any returns on custom manufactured items made correctly. Always double check your order before you place it. If we correctly manufacture an item you ordered incorrectly, you own it. Sorry. We simply do not have the resources to store and resell such items.

• Any claims for return or exchange must be made within 10 days of receiving your DiveParka_™.
• No exchanges or refunds are allowed for products that have been used, soiled, stained or are not in a restockable condition.
• DiveParka does not pay freight. The customer is responsible for all freight charges (except for a defective product and in that case DiveParka.com will pay for UPS ground freight both ways).

We gladly accept returns for:

• Any defective product. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. All ground freight paid by DiveParka.com_™.

• Any non-customized stock items (15% restocking charge applies).
